Being off-leash is not required.
I use a long leash to keep your pet safe (if needed) and recommend purchasing new collars (just for the session) that look nice and clean in the photos.
I encourage it! The most important thing is your relationship with your pet, and these images celebrate that connection.
While these sessions are focused primarily on your pet, I'm happy to give you some practical tips for what to wear and how to prepare!
Yes, of course! I have several locations in mind from Chatfield State Park to downtown Belmar, depending on the scenes you like.
For a nominal travel fee, we can even visit some beautiful mountain vistas!
(Note, some locations require professional photography permits. I will let you know if this situation occurs).
I'm very flexible with this. Blizzard and ice conditions usually require that we reschedule. For pets that don't like rain, we can also move our session to another day!
Excessive heat and cold is also prohibitive to the comfort of our pets; we will watch the weather reports and reschedule as needed.
This is an increasingly popular concept and I'd love to create a custom package for you!
We will photograph your puppy at the following ages:
8-12 weeks

Digital images are available for you to purchase directly from your online gallery after the session.
This allows you the opportunity to purchase all of them, or only the ones you love the most!
In addition to high resolution digital files, I offer heirloom quality prints, wall art, and canvas so you can celebrate your pet.
Yup! I photograph horses and other livestock on location.
In studio, I can accommodate dogs, cats, goats, small pets including lizards and guinea pigs, snakes, and even ferrets!
The sky is the limit.
I loved the idea of studio photos but knew our dogs would do better in the more natural environment outside. The photos turned out great, and we ended up purchasing big prints for our walls.
